Saswiny: Hi people, I’m Saswiny. I’m taking 18 this year. Me and my bother are practicing Sahaja yoga for about six years. This is my brother. What I’d like to talk about today is my experience with Sahaja yoga. One of it is, after high school, I had to took up a part time job. There, I didn’t really like the environment of the work place. So, through Sahaj, I was able to work on my problems with my colleagues, my boss and the work that I was doing. So, again, I was able to make good friends and work without stressing myself. Sashwarnnan: Especially education wise, family problems…

Saswiny: Problems with your friends, in school, in your college, or in uni, working place, and health wise, we can solve problems health wise, even cough or flue, we can work it out through Sahaja Yoga, which is the modern meditation method nowadays. Hope you guys can join soon with us to share the love that we experience here, and joy that we gain.

Sashwarnnan: Speaking about my experience, I’ve experienced so many things in school, during exams. When I’m sitting for exam, I’ll try to concentrate, I’ll be very stressed out and doing so many studies and all but sometimes, when I’m about to sit for my exam, I’ll forget everything, forget just everything, whatever I studied just goes off. So, I’ll ask Shri Mataji, I mean, my Mother, to help me figure out whatever I study to come back again.

Saswiny: During examinations in school, we are always stressed out. For example, the exams we have is mostly important for us because it’s going to help us, help us in our future, like in college, to get a scholarship. So, the stress we get from our parents, from school, will bring us down. Through Sahaja Yoga method, we practice and …

Saswiny: … trying to concentrate more and be less stressed, play music instruments, talk to Sahaja friends. They are more understanding and they’ll help us out together through Sahaj method. It works out.
