Youth Experience Sharing About Benefits of Meditation – Testimonials

Jayanthi: Hi, my name is Jayanthi. I’m 25 years old. Currently, I’m working. I’ve been practicing Sahaja Yoga for almost five years. I started Sahaja Yoga when I was a student and I still continued until today and today, I’d like to share the experience and the benefit that I gained by practicing Sahaja yoga. I gained benefit in terms of education, controlling my temper, stress, and until today, in my work environment, it really helped me.

Today, I would like to share how Sahaja Yoga helped me controlling my anger and temper. Meditations help me to control this temper that I had for really long time. Not that I don’t get temper or anger easily right now, but I do, and every time I get angry, I’m able to control it by meditation and I can reduce the frequency of getting angry. I can sit down and control it and think wisely. If there is this situation that caused me to get angry, I can just sit down and meditate and all the pain, all the cause, just vanish.

Beside helping myself, Sahaja yoga also introduced me to a different environment, a different world where I get to know people with different background, different culture and we have the opportunity to communicate without any restraint. There’s understanding and the bonding between different cultures. We also unite through music, culture and also we share, we are able to sit down and share our experience. This is a great way for me to understand people from different background, different cultures and races and I understand after entering Sahaja Yoga, practicing Sahaja yoga, I realized there’s no difference between us.

There’s a lot of things that I can share and a lot of experience that we gain. But what I want to share is that I would like to spread this joy that we have with people around the world, so that you would come forward and try for yourself and experience the beautiful, experience benefits that we gained. So, I hope that you will give yourself a chance to practice and experience Sahaja Yoga. Thank you.
