Sahaja Yoga meditation – We felt it

Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Carina. I just enjoyed a short meditation session in Chapters. It was quite enjoyable, it’s very pleasant. I actually feel very relaxed and calm afterwards, you feel a sense of peace and you feel a happier person overall. So, I encourage everyone to try it. So, go on the website or come to one of the sessions for free and just enjoy and see what it does for you. Thank you.

Speaker 2: I think it is a very nice thing here at Sahaja Yoga and do everyone to this yoga.

Speaker 3: I actually felt very calm and energized. Like, I want to jump up. And I felt very warm, comfortable.

Speaker 4: Any sensations, on your palms, on your hands?

Speaker 3: Just energy, warm energy on my face, on my head, ears, everything.

Speaker 4: Thank you.

Speaker 5: I could feel warm breeze, felt like, with one hand and then I switched to the other hand and you could feel the cool breeze. It’s pretty strange stuff.

Speaker 6: I come and sit in this chair. I was tight in my body and I sit for three minutes and my body feel relieved, relaxed. My tensions ease. My spirit for hating people released,too. I’m a joyful man and thankful for you guys.

Speaker 7: Relaxed, something warm, cool, a mixture, it’s a very good feeling. That’s it.

Speaker 8: Yeah, hi. When I close my eyes, I feel nothing. It’s like very good, like sleeping. I don’t know how I feel but it’s very good. Thank you.

Speaker 9: Yeah, my name is Sun Lee. I like to meditate.

Speaker 10: I put my hand on my head up here, I feel very cool air is coming or some fan or something is wrong here. I try the other hand, the same thing. It’s very cool, I don’t know, even I feel more relaxed now than before. Very good.
